The number one issue that guests have with our apartments, is they just dont want to leave. To help solve that problem, we are now giving a 40% discount for our long term stay guests. It does however mean less availability. We highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

  • Luxury Range

At the top end, our luxury range of 1 bedroom apartments have been renovated over many months, literally from the floor up with a focus on attention to details. They all feature new state of the art kitchens with all new features and equipment. The layout is “C” shape to allow access to cupboards from every angle. They all feature USB connections, LED overhead lighting, lazy Suzanne shelves, extraction fan ducting to the outside, Bosch dishwashers, quality 10-year pot ware, instantaneous hot water systems, large refrigerators, infrared stovetops, and designer brand kitchenware and appliances. Bathrooms have been taken back to their shells and completely rebuilt. They all feature granite benchtops and built-in washer/dryers for your convenience. Lounge rooms feature timber floors and flat-screen Samsung tv’s together with designer co-ordinated furnishings and lastly, the bedrooms have thick luxurious carpets, award-winning mattresses for your sleeping comfort and the latest technology including 8 x bedside power points, 4 x USB charging points and a Google Home Mini.

Our mid-range South Yarra apartments have some state of the art features together with a deliberate budget-conscious priority to ensure that they are luxurious AND great value. The kitchens are fully equipped and include new dishwashers, infrared stoves, quality pot ware, and designer brand kitchenware. The bathrooms are very clean and presentable. Lounge rooms feature timber floors and flat-screen Samsung tv’s together with designer co-ordinated furnishings and lastly, the bedrooms all have thick luxurious carpets and award-winning mattresses for your sleeping comfort.

Our economy range 1 bedroom apartments represent exceptional value. The kitchens are fully equipped and the bathrooms are very clean and presentable. For both the mid and economy range, we have installed new communal laundry equipment on each floor for your convenience.
